How cheap is "cheap"?
The entry tier is $6.99/month with a 1 Gbps unmetered port. Each plan card shows its own specification and current price.
Can I install custom software?
Yes — full administrator access. Anything that runs on Windows runs on a DigiRDP VPS, including IIS, SQL Server, MetaTrader, Office, browsers, scrapers,.NET apps.
How do you keep prices low without skimping?
We own most rack hardware (no per-VM licensing markup), peer directly with major upstreams (no transit margin), and run a lean support team. Margins are honest, not subsidised.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Listed price is what you pay. No setup or installation fee. Some optional changes, such as migrations or IP changes, are quoted separately (Refund Policy §3).
Do you support hourly billing?
Currently monthly only. Hourly billing is on the roadmap for Q3 2026.
What happens if my workload outgrows the plan?
You can upgrade vCPU / RAM / disk in your client area with a click. Upgrades are subject to stock in your location, and some changes carry a one-off fee (Refund Policy §3).
Can I get an additional IP address?
Yes. Extra IPv4 addresses are $1/month each. IPv6 is included free on every plan.
